Learning Rhythm - A few rhythm lesssons (which improve your improvisation quickly
One thing that is really improving your style is a decent knowledge of interessting rhythms. I do not have that awesome skill, but this is definetly on my to do list. If you want to see a good video that gives you an impression of what it means to manage some of these simple things, than this video should be the right one for you.

Learning Blues - Blues-Licks and some Jazz for Beginners - starting is enough to begin
What makes a good Blues musician? Well, first, you can never have enough Licks for your Blues-Program to enhance your variability and to add the necessary spice for your performance.

Because Licks are so important I will comment Jonathan Willsons Videos in the future and will develop a systematic Piano learning book from Youtube.
Problem of learning: For learning it is not only important to have a single motivation and to watch one Video, but the question is: How to I integrate such lessons into my normal course of life. How can I guarantee that I learn evety day once for 20 Minutes.
For higher systematicity I usually need books. First, nevertheless, I will start with some Videos to give you inspiration:
It can also not harm you to learn some Basics on Jazz. It really helps and you can apply some Blues-intuitions later. In the following video the author just shows who you can apply a scale to any given chord.
